CBIT owns and operates a datacenter in Richland, Washington. It powers our Cloud & Colocation Services and gives regional businesses a local, carrier-neutral home for their infrastructure — with standby-generator backup power, physical security, and carrier-neutral fiber including a redundant Noanet MPLS ring. Compliance & Certifications
- Our datacenter security controls are designed and built to align with SOC 2 Type II standards, with an official third-party audit and attestation scheduled for the second half of 2027. Carrier-Neutral by Design
Our datacenter is a carrier-neutral meet-me point. Customers can interconnect directly with Ziply, Spectrum, and Noanet, take advantage of available dark fiber, and provision internet service up to 40 Gb or Layer 2 transport between sites.
Combined with cloud servers on our high-availability Microsoft datacenter cluster and immutable, offsite-replicated S3 storage, it's a complete regional infrastructure platform — hosted locally in the Tri-Cities.
